Ego Echo ("we", "our", "us") is an emotional reflection tool that allows users to speak or type their thoughts and receive a non-judgmental mirror reflection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website (egoecho.cloud/mirror) or our Telegram bot (@EgoEcho_bot). By using Ego Echo, you agree to this policy.

a. Information You Provide Directly

• Voice recordings and text messages you send to the mirror.
• Emotion tags and anchor words generated from your input.
• If you choose to sign in with Google or link Telegram, your email address or Telegram user ID.

b. Automatic Information

• Usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.
• We do NOT collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, and we only receive transaction status and payment IDs.

c. Information from Third Parties

• If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile information as permitted by your Google account settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

• Provide the reflection service and generate insights like Soul Prints, emotion weather, and archetypes.
• Maintain and improve the AI model and user experience.
• Send you optional notifications (e.g., evening whispers) if you enable them.
• Respond to your feedback or support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to handle payments securely. Dodo's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• OpenAI, for AI processing of your reflections (only the text you submit is sent for generating reflections).
• Google (Firebase/Sheets) for authentication and data storage.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your reflections, emotion tags, and account data for as long as needed to provide the service or until you request deletion. You can request deletion by emailing hello@egoecho.cloud.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Object to or restrict processing.
